How do I book a shoot?
Booking is simple. You can schedule online through our booking platform or contact us directly by phone or email. We’ll confirm the property details, services requested, and appointment time.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance whenever possible. However, we understand real estate moves quickly and will do our best to accommodate rush appointments.
Photography Questions:
What is included in a standard real estate photography package?
Our standard photography packages typically include:
• Professionally edited HDR images
• Wide-angle interior and exterior shots
• Web-ready high-resolution photos
• Clean, Bright MLS-Ready photos
• Fast turnaround delivery
How many photos will I receive?
The number of delivered images depends on the size of the property and the package selected. Our goal is to provide enough professionally edited images to fully showcase the home.
How long does a photography session take?
Most residential photography sessions take between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on the property size, condition, and services requested.
What should homeowners do before the shoot?
We recommend:
• Turning on all lights
• Opening blinds and curtains
• Removing clutter and personal items
• Cleaning countertops and floors
• Hiding trash cans, cords, and pet items
• Ensuring the lawn and landscaping are maintained

What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather can impact exterior photography and drone operations. If conditions are unsafe or poor for capturing the property at its best, we may recommend rescheduling or returning for exterior photos at a later time.
Drone Photography & Video Questions:
Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes. We provide professional aerial photography and cinematic drone video services to showcase properties, neighborhoods, acreage, waterfront views, and surrounding amenities.
Are you FAA certified?
Yes. We operate in compliance with FAA regulations for commercial drone operations.
Can you fly drones anywhere?
Drone flights are subject to FAA airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and local regulations. Some areas near airports or restricted airspace may require additional authorization or may limit drone operations.

Drone media provides unique perspectives that standard ground photography cannot capture.
Floor Plans & 3D Services:
Do you offer floor plans?
Yes. We offer professionally measured 2D and 3D floor plans that help buyers better understand the layout and flow of a property.
Do you offer virtual tours or 3D walkthroughs?
Yes. We provide immersive virtual tours and 3D walkthrough experiences that allow buyers to explore properties remotely from any device.
Turnaround & Delivery Questions:
How quickly will I receive my media?
Our standard turnaround time is typically within 24 hours for photography. Larger projects, video editing, or advanced services may require additional processing time.
How will I receive my photos and media?
All completed media is delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link, making it easy to access, share, and upload to MLS and social media platforms.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
